Michael L. Misetich - CMRS/President
Michael is in charge of the daily management and overall operations of QRS. He has several years of experience in cleaning and restoration services and is constantly participating in educational seminars, searching for superior and more efficient cleaning and restoration techniques. Mr. Misetich teaches insurance professionals how to determine replacement cost versus restoration cost. He is often called upon to determine whether an item of personal property can be restored or needs to be replaced. This high level of expertise comes from many years of evaluating thousands of personal property items each year.

Mr. Misetich graduated from the University of Southern California and holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance. In addition to QRS, Michael oversees several other companies. He is an active director of Misetich Investment Company, Inc., which has been consulting on both real estate and businesses ventures since the late 80's, Pro Carwash Group, Inc., since the early 90's and Proline Maintenance, Inc., a commercial property maintenance company since the early 80's.
